Violent / Abusive Patients
This Practice has a zero tolerance policy with regards to violent / abusive patients. The definition of violence: "Any incident where a GP or GP staff are abused, threatened or assaulted in circumstances related to their work, involving an explicit or implicit challenge to their safety, well-being or health". If an incident occurs, the Practice will telephone the Police and that patient may be removed from the Practice list.
